This session is to be completed before any full session of counselling takes place. This is a way of you getting to know me, the way that I work and to see if I am the right counsellor for you. We can discuss expectations of our sessions and any concerns you may have. A copy of the counselling contract will be provided as well as information collected about yourself that is kept in line with GDPR.
